This workshop was led by our Trainers of Trainers team – a dynamic group of 12 staff and 27 final-year student (D2CSN) trainers – who had undergone specialized training earlier. Their preparation and confidence made a huge difference in delivering impactful sessions on: Cybersecurity & Online Safety Responsible Digital Citizenship Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Workspace Essentials Hands-on collaboration exercises Feedback collected post-training showed that a majority of the participants found the sessions engaging, practical, and highly useful for their academic and personal digital life. Many students expressed how the workshop gave them a new understanding of online safety and real-world digital tools. The T o T model proved to be a cost-effective and sustainable approach, aligning with our project’s goal to build internal capacity rather than hiring external trainers. This peer-led model has not only empowered our trainers but also created a scalable system for broader outreach. With this momentum, our technical team and project group are now fully geared up to expand the project across six Dzongkhags in Eastern Bhutan. In the coming months, we will roll out: Training of Technical Personnel from targeted dzongkhag/districts Digital Literacy Workshops for schools and communities Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns We sincerely thank our project mentors, technical experts, and all staff and students who made this milestone possible. Stay tuned as we take the next step to create a digitally aware and cyber-secure Bhutan!
