Implementation of the Online No-Due Clearance System at CST

A focused training session was conducted on 14th July 2025, attended by key personnel responsible for the clearance process, including staff from the Library, Finance, Store, ICT, Student Records, and other relevant units. The session aimed to familiarize the participants with the newly implemented system that digitizes and simplifies the clearance process for both staff and students. The training was facilitated by Mr. Younten Tshering (Project Coordinator and System Analyst) and Mr. Karma Jigme Wangchuk (System Developer) from the Department of Information Technology, Jigme Namgyel Engineering College (JNEC), under the RUB Innovation Fund initiative. Their expertise and commitment have greatly contributed to the smooth setup and knowledge transfer during the implementation. CST extends its heartfelt appreciation to the JNEC team for their technical support and collaboration. We are confident that this new system will bring increased efficiency, transparency, and convenience in managing institutional clearances.
