This project, in collaboration with the Government Technology (GovTech) Agency, Royal Government of Bhutan, will focus on equipping communities in Eastern Bhutan with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the digital world safely and confidently. With a focus on digital literacy, online safety, IPv6 implementation, and network security, we aim to bridge the growing digital divide and protect against cyber threats. Key Objectives: • Conduct digital literacy workshops across six districts • Collaborate with Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) - Bhutan CIRT • Raise awareness about cybersecurity risks and best practices • Empower local mentors with network security skills We extend our heartfelt thanks to Jigme Namgyel Engineering College and the Royal University of Bhutan for their incredible support of this proposal. We are deeply grateful to the APNIC Foundation for this opportunity, and our Department of Information Technology-JNEC is committed to giving its best to ensure the successful fulfillment of this project.
