The 9th Birthday Anniversary of Our Beloved Gyalsey

Celebrating the 9th Birthday Anniversary of Our Beloved Gyalsey, His Royal Highness & Khadar Session for Newly Appointed Deans Today, the Jigme Namgyel Engineering College family gathered to celebrate the 9th Birthday Anniversary of His Royal Highness the Gyalsey, Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck. This special occasion was marked with heartfelt prayers, traditional ceremonies, and a gathering of staff and students to honor our beloved Prince. We extend our prayers and best wishes for His Royal Highness’ good health, happiness, and long life. The celebration also included a Khadar session for our newly appointed Deans: Dean of Research and Industrial Linkages (DRIL): Mr. Tashi Wangchuk Dean of Academic Affairs (DAA): Mr. Norden Wangchuk On behalf of the Department of Information Technology-JNEC, we congratulate them on their new roles! A special recognition goes to: Mr. Tashi Wangchuk from our department on his appointment as Dean Mr. Sonam Phuntsho on his well-deserved promotion in recognition of his dedicated service. Mr. Sonam Phuntsho, a senior technician and head of the Technician in DIT, has been instrumental in supporting our academic and technical initiatives.
